Although not a recruiting or talent search firm, Summit Consulting has a team of CEOs, CFOs and Controllers available to clients as Board Members, in interim Executive positions such as CEO, CFO, or COO, to provide CEO Coaching or other consulting services when additional leadership expertise is needed. Executive Bios
A. David Muddiman, Founder and Managing Member, CPA
David has over 30 years of accounting and management experience with companies in various stages of the corporate life cycle including startups, established companies, companies on “life support” and entity wind-downs. Mr. Muddiman serves as the managing member of Summit Consulting International, LLC.
Previously, David was the CFO of Marlin Integrated Capital Holdings Corporation & Subsidiaries. He has also served as interim CFO, interim Treasurer, Tax Director and Assistant Controller of AMF Bowling Corporation as well as leading several turnaround and start-up businesses in the USA, England and Brazil.
Mr. Muddiman has a degree in Accounting from the University of Richmond.
